After a terrible experience with our first Estate agent we were referred to the Hypotheekshop by 2 different couples who described their service as the exact opposite of what we had already experienced. After a couple of phone calls, it was already evident that we were in the right place. Pauline set up a exploratory meeting with a financial adviser for us to discuss almost every detail which up until this point had been very confusing. This was free of charge and done after hours to accommodate our busy schedule.

Pauline was extremely patient with us and helped us secure an offer on a house which we now own. Without her calmness and professionalism on the day of submitting our bid we would probably still be searching. Her experience and assurance in the process made it easy for us to think clearly and helped us put in a winning bid.
