Frans was extremely accommodating of my personal needs, including extra guidance to help me understand the process as an non-Dutch speaker which was greatly appreciated. He provided all the information I needed to make my own decisions and feel in control, and as this is my first mortgage his clear explanations were very helpful in minimizing any stress/worries from the process. He was also extremely responsive at all stages of the process, responding to any extra inquiries almost immediately.
