I am an American & my Dutch family recommended this agency. Every aspect of the service I've had from everyone there has been excellent. The advisor helped submit a claim for a recent criminal break-in at my Haarlem house. He was very helpful in submitting all of the necessary forms, really was my advocate with the insuring company, and solved all of my problems quickly and brilliantly. I feel that I have a great ally in the advisor, as he really had my interest as his priority. He is affable, fully capable, and extremely personable. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than him.
