The advisor is a very friendly, honest and quite helpful person vs. others in the market even if you are not Dutch he could spend couple of hours (days) together with you in order to make sure you are familiar what you are doing. if he says you don't need ot worry about your mortgage or house buying process you really don't need to worry, you need to know he is in charge and everything will be settled soon as he tells.
