We choose to use the services of Sander because he had advised us in the past. This time around we had little communication with him but when we had he has always been polite, knowledgeable and quick. It mostly went through the account manager and thats were our criticism is directed to. We felt that the tables were turned and instead we were the one managing our account manager. We felt not kept in the loop. Not to mention that the response we once received really made us question the basic mathematical knowledge of one of the team members.
