Dear advisor, As a family, we thank you and greatly appreciate your professional approach in a very customer friendly manner, taking us through the whole house purchase journey. Being an expat and Non Dutch speaking, we had several concerns, but after talking to you, day by day through our conversations, you made us feel very confident of the process. The entire process was smooth and indeed you successfully nailed the deal for us. Of the many good things we experienced, I would like to make a special mention to two of your qualities that helped us a lot; you were very clear in instructing us on the negotiations, and most importantly, you were honest and straightforward in not giving us any false hopes.
