We just bought our first apartment and used the services of AH Finance. Our financial advisor was Ilse van Rijn. We were really impressed at how friendly, knowledgeable and professional these people are. Seriously, they were amazing! Ilse even had a 1.5 hour call with us outside the normal office hours - and not because we couldn't do it earlier, just because we were on vacation so Ilse didn't want us to change our vacation programme too much for this. That's almost being too kind (if such a thing exists :)) As for knowledge about the domain - she even suggested that we postpone our new home acquisition by a few months to take advantage of a new law that will be in effect in 2021 which would reduce the tax we'd have to pay by more than 10.000 euros.
