My mortgage consultant from the Hypotheker was always busy, not finding the time to reply me emails and my calls when I needed him (right after starting the buying procedure), after 3 days of silence from him, I decided to switch to another mortgage consultant outside this company. As soon as I notified him about it - he found the time to call me and discuss it, after I rejected to continue working with him, he said I must pay the fine. The service was not provided, but the company still sent the bill, and later involved the collection agency, which is threatening me with going to the court. I'll fight of course for being cheated, that's unacceptable.
