Robbert was fantastic through the whole process from start to finish, he helped guide us at every step and took the stress of buying a home away completely - he was able to competently and confidently answer any questions we'd fire his way no matter how obscure and would always make time to speak to us ... even if we were calling multiple times in a day!! (we cannot thank you enough for your patience with us!) No question was too small and would always explain every step of the process - what the banks were asking and why as well as time frames we can expect the next steps. When we were uncertain if the transaction would go through due to unexpected hiccups, he would deftly alleviate our fears and quickly right the ship. I cannot recommend Robbert highly enough, you're in safe hands, and more than that, an excellent communicator - as someone who works in healthcare the importance of clear warm communication is important, and Robbert has that in spades!
