I have hired Monique's services as a hypotheek advisor for the purchase of an apartment in Amsterdam. As a 1st time buyer in a foreign country this process for me was very new and different. As so, Monique was very empathic and efficient on explaining to me the step by step before and after the purchase. She made herself available after work hours and even on the weekends. She was also very clear and trustable on making all the documents clear to me in English and got in very short time my mortgage process concluded.
