I'm very happy that the adviser helped me with mortgage. I tried to work with different advisers before I found this adviser. She really jumped into my case and sorted out all my issue that I had (I wasn't be able to solve this with other advisers for couple months). She helped me with contacting Tax office, pension office, accouter, and city hall. It was extremely important for me because I don't speak Dutch. It's also extremely important for me that adviser answers to my calls and emails as soon as possible. The adviser was answering to my email and calls event if I email 3 times a day.
