Toni was excellent overall. We had very limited stress thanks to his clear explanations, quick responses to emails, and willingness to engage on questions as they came up. He kept us up-to-date about the progress of the application, explained the documentation needs very clearly, and brainstormed with us on mortgage options. We enjoyed the experience!
