The advisor was very helpful to clarify all the questions from our side and made good recommendations. He was also available every time we had an impromptu question after the first meeting as well as explaining the full process.
The only think that we missed was a bit more communication on the process of requesting a new offer from the bank when we got a change of the date from the owner of the appartment.
