De adviseur was extremely helpful and knowledgable in my request for a bouwdepot. I first discussed this idea with him in November 2017 and he was really patient and supportive, especially as changing mortgage lenders and increasing ones mortgage isnt an overnight decision. He knew details and was able to explain in simple terms (and in English!) all of my queries. At the end of this process, I am now paying circa 100 euros more a month and have a quick and reliable bouw depot at Aegon, which means i can upgrade my appartment. I will recommend the advisor to anyone who will find themselves in the same position - Very amiable man!
