I am not sure there are adequate words to describe Jacob's professionalism and his mentality of "going beyond the extra mile". Since the very first day of the orientation meeting, he came across as someone who knew exactly what he is doing, showing a true interest in getting you the best option that suits your personal needs, and making the whole process friendlier than you would ever expect. On top of all that, his response rate for emails/calls/requests is truly a lesson to be learned from, which helped a lot in entering last-minute bids that we would otherwise miss.
