She is very kind and helped us with almost all the questions we asked. Guided us thorugh having a mortgage loan which is whole new to us because we are expats. Also, tahnks to her, taking the mortgage offer in 3 days, which I believe normally takes around a month, was impressive. However, I would expect to have a better clarification on fixing the interest rate terms. It was the most important decision we should have and we could not used her help a lot, we decided ourselves, asking some colleagues and friends living here.
