On his first appointment with us, He gave a clear explanation on how the mortgage process happens once the property is finalised. He is reachable by text message/phone call whenever we have a doubt on placing a bid. Once our property was finalised, it took short term to get approval for our mortgage. He makes a secoy appointment once property gets confirmed and explains how does things move for a better understanding.
