Rick was extremely helpful through out the whole process. Not only he explained each step clearly and patiently answered all my questions, he also proactively reached out to me and to different parties so that everything could be prepared ahead smoothly. Interest rates were increasing every week while I was looking for a place. I was lucky that Rick acted very quick the moment I signed the purchase contract, so that I could fix a lower interest rate a night before another increase.
