We found Rik was extremely helpful in getting us the loan. Being an expat i found difficulty in applying and getting approved on my renovation Loan. before Rik was involved i had tough time with the bank and lost 3 months of time. But After we had Rik as our financial advisor, the process was very efficient. Rik was very clear and informative and helped to get the loan within 4 weeks. The process very smooth and clear. I have already recommend Rik to my friends.
