Sorry for the English: Recommended! 4/5 – simple job done well, on time (i.e. quite fast) and as promised - all deadlines were met, there were no delays or excuses. Not 5/5 because it seems expensive for our simple situation, and their a bit of non-committal communication - which could be entirely due to language and/or cultural barriers under constant time pressure.
