With decades of experience, Dennis puts himself in other's shoes (especially very handy for expats) which clearly gives an edge on increasing the success rate of the application. The orientation meeting is very detailed and it sets the expectation of the services very high.

The prerequisite documents are not very straight forward, as per our understanding and Dennis had all the tricks up his sleeve to overcome bottlenecks during the process.There were also couple of roadblocks in securing the mortgage and Dennis always had a workaround and made sure the application was on it's track to success.

Due to lack of basic understanding about mortgages/procedure, sometimes it was difficult to get a good grasp about the open choices that an applicant has to make. These created some confusions in the communication and going back/forth regarding the choices of lenders. Dennis was assuring when it came to answering questions and he was open to address all our questions through emails and calls, no matter how basic and annoying those questions were.

The follow up from Simone after submitting the application was very prompt and it was helpful to receive frequent updates.
