The advisor is a brilliant hypotheek advisor. I am American and have no Dutch Pension. I am also 64. Although I have a good income and savngs, my US pension is in dollars. Dutch banks typically only consider pensions in Euros. After a few rejections, other hypotheek advisors gave up. Some even said,”No Dutch bank will give you a mortgage.” Not this advisor. He was able to convince a bank to give me a mortgage, and he did so in only a few weeks! He did outstanding work, and continues to answer my occasional questions.
