As an expat coming to the Netherlands, we were initially unsure if a mortgage adviser would be strictly necessary for us to acquire. Jenny came highly recommended and we knew that we could rely on her directly after the first meeting. She worked so incredibly hard when the bank had issues processing our documents and made sure that we had our mortgage in time! That alone made her worth the money, but then on top she also knew the tax code so well that thanks to her advice, we're now saving a multiple of her fee every year in lower taxes. Since taking her services, I have recommended her to multiple friends and I will certainly make use of her services again should I be in need of another mortgage, even though I live at the other end of the country now.
