We had a very positive experience with our advice from Home Financials!
Especially as first-time buyers we had a lot of questions and Sema walked us through the options carefully. She kept good track of the timeline we were working with and followed up with us (and other parties) when action was needed. You get the sense that you can focus on the property you're trying to buy while the mortgage process is handled smoothly in the background.
We did go into some detail on small differences between mortgage providers that would more precisely fit our plans while saving us money. Thus, we are quite happy with the selection. We have spoken to friends with other advisors that did not seem to care as much about these nuances in the mortgage terms.
We plan to seek future mortgage advice from Home Financials and we confidently recommend Sema's services.
