I enjoyed the service-oriented approach of the adviser who adapts well to the specific needs of his clients. We could meet at our place early in the morning which is great for full-time working couples.
The adviser knows the ins and outs of the Dutch financial system. Thanks to his excellent communication and linguistic skills, he can easily explain them in both English and French in clear and simple terms to his international clients with limited knowledge of financing. The adviser provides good tailor-made advice to his clients.
When confronted to challenges with banks, The adviser proves resilient and takes the necessary time to obtain what his clients need. It remains FinanZen at all times for his clients although it may not always be FinanZen for the adviser personally!
