Considering that I only speak English, and this may have been a bit challenging, he didn't hesitate to provide me with different examples to help me understand the Dutch law relating to car insurances. On his own he was offering advices and throughout the conversation he gained my trust level to make a confident decision in finding an alternative insurance company.
