We found the experience with Have & Goed and especially Yann-Erik Wientjes to be of a very high standard and he is very knowledgeable. As Expats it was important to have everything explained in English and the technical parts in a way which we could understand - all of this Yann- Erik Wientjes did. We were given mortgage options and Yann-Erik Wientjes guided us as to which was the best for us and our situation. The uploading of documents was very easy to do and the conversations we had with Yann- Erik Wientjes were at a time suited to us (often later in the evening) which we found helpful.
