The service from Jeroen is sharp and spot on. He patiently listens to the personal situation of the customer/client, understands it and then gives his well thought valuable advice. The office staff is also very cooperative and understanding including listening to broken dutch of some expats (like me :-). Overall even for complex hypotheek (mortgage) cases, he makes it appear simple, thanks to his background work and vast rich experience. He has helped some of my friends who had nearly given up on being able to get the required mortgage. Sometimes it even involved getting the employer to provide the correct and complete information in the salary slips and employers declaration :-). Overall excellent (very high quality) and customer oriented service. Highly recommended !!.
