We were an expat couple looking to buy a house in The Netherlands. A friend did a referral to the advisor, and we contacted him to help us with the process. He is very knowledgeable and handled all the steps in the process (price negotiation, mortgage, insurance, etc). We just needed to send the documentation to him, and he handled everything on our behalf.
