I had terrible experiences with SNS mortgage in the last couple of years, and was seriously considering moving to a different bank. I had a meeting to discuss options with the advisor, and she was amazing. She was well prepared for the meeting, and not only answered my questions, in English and Dutch (to help me practice) but she also went above and beyond and did extra research on our situation and gave us great advice.
