The whole process and consultancy was good but it should be more better in a way that the advisor should give proper time to the customer/buyer like me.
When the customer/buyer ask something from the advisor, he should help him immediately or on the same day without showing himself extremely busy all the time and responding late.
There should be several options/choices for lender to be provided to customer/buyer so that he/she can easily go with the good and economical option, not just one option and at the end that option of lender could be expensive for him after receiving everything.
