Robbert has been very professional from the beginning and offered a clear explanation of the process, outlining precisely what a customer can expect from the services and what is not part of it. The process went exactly as described by Robbert, who was all that time supportive and patient, would always return my calls and be prepared with an answer to my questions. He would always explain why he is giving me certain piece of advice since he knew it was important for me to understand that. Robbert was also nice and fun to talk to, was always considering that he is talking to a non-Dutch person, so he gave extra explanation when it came to certain specific for the Dutch housing market elements. Everything went very smoothly (in perfect English) and there were no surprises in terms of extra activities or costs.
