The advisor was terrific in helping me through the financing. From calculating what financing I should expect to be able to obtain to securing the mortgage, she was great in explaining my options and providing the full details of the product I was getting. I got a mortgage offer within a week and the following week the mortgage details were with the notary so I couldn't have expected it to have gone any more quick and smoothly.
