The advisor was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Being expats we had a few more questions than normal but this was not a problem for her. Communication was clear and the process was very smooth. She reviewed our documents and noticed small details which we were able to correct before submitting the mortgage application. We were very happy and will happily return to her when we buy our next house
