As a first time home buyer . The mortgage application process was clear and smooth. We are very satisfied. From the beginning Bas and Ilse guided us through the whole process and answered all questions. They were always available and flexible . Helped us understand some of the basics that we needed to know. On the whole it was a pleasant experience
