We were extremely happy with Emile's work. He's very approachable, flexible and friendly, and he goes above and beyond in guiding you to find the house you have in mind. He's super prompt in replying to all questions, knows the ins and outs of the real estate field, and if you're not Dutch, he'll translate everything into impeccable English, making sure you understand all the jargon. Before meeting Emile, we had the impression we had unrealistic expectations as to the kind of house we could actually afford. But upon meeting him and discussing our wishes, he assured us we'll keep looking until we find the house that checks all the boxes. And two months after, that was exactly what happened. We highly recommend him. He's professional, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and on top of that, very very funny! :)
