I've been very impressed with Erwin throughout the whole process of getting my mortgage. It was complicated because my first language is English and my employment situation includes some non-Dutch aspects, and so we had to navigate what was possible and what was not. Erwin was very quick to communicate and answer all questions, and I am very happy with the result he achieved. It was an efficient process with a minimum of hassle.
