Engin has been extremely helpful during the purchase of our apartment. He was very punctual with the processing of our files and always explained clearly how to prepare for the next steps. He was very flexible and he was always friendly. He took our calls in the evenings, on the weekends etc. and answered our questions even on the topics that were out of his job description. We highly recommend him!
