Overall positive experience with a few hickups
My experience with the main advisor - advisor has been very positive. He is very friendly and has been also willing to support me in English, where his proficiency was very good. He also addressed all my questions with good outcomes. The only improvement area would be to follow up with the customer also after the mortgage has been approved for any "after sales" question. The overall rating on the experience with NHP went down only when I was supported by other team members, which were not as responsive as advisor. This led to the need to postpone the "ontbindende voorwaarden" date by one week, which in turn triggered extra notary fees for changing the official handover date of the house. But in the end everything worked out and I am therefore overall satisfied with the price/quality ratio of NHP.
