Dear Anonymous,
Although I prefer to communicate into the open - not anonymous - , I am sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with our services.
Therefore in my opinion your review needs some nuances.
In this context I would like to emphasize that;
First of all you have been provided with a tailor made mortgage loan offer by me, timely and completely according to the requirements as dicussed and agreed upon earlier. The dispute between you and the seller of the apartment regarding the quality of renovation activities and subsequently the lawsuit that resulted in this cannot be blamed upon me.
The horrible network you refer to consists of professionals with each individually more than 15 years of experience in their professional fields of work (real estate, valuation, notary office services and advocacy). They are most proud to be able to help their clients with their issues and questions, that is their main and joint motivation.
Quotes such as "just for the money, charged me a lot of money" in my opinion needs some nuance;
Only after several urgent payment requests and multiple reminders the real estate agent as well as I, were finally paid our regular fees, both valuators - both doing proper jobs- have never seen their invoices being paid untill so far, despite repeated reminders to you to pay for a job well done; The attorney that served your interests in court also was paid ony partially after lots of reminders. To pay for a job properly executed and well done obviously does not seem to be one of your favourite activities.
My comment above hopefully will give some clear insights to the specific motives of your review. However, sportsmanlike as we are, you are very welcome and cordially invited to discuss your review with us in a preferably - non anonymous - setting.
Kind regards,
Peter Schwippert
