Versgil was incredibly helpful when I got my mortgage in 2018, and this year again when we transferred the deed. Not only did they handle everything and make sure it was easy for me to understand every step, they also sent me English translations of all the materials so I was never in the dark because of the language barrier. Very nice, efficient and helpful team, I highly recommend them!
