The advisor is an excellent financial advisor. He guided us through our complicated mortgage application process with incredibly discerning, informed and intelligent advice. He was not only efficient and professional, he was also very nice and patient, and helped us through the language barrier in a way that I can only describe as above and beyond. He always got everything done early on schedule and was always quick to reply to our questions and concerns, so our stress levels were minimal, and in the end we got the great deal we were hoping for - and our dream home! - thanks to him. He is really the mortgage maestro and I can't recommend him enough; he's absolutely top notch.
