They work really badly. Did not take my case into serious consideration and forgot to properly close the request for mortgage. When I asked them about it they said it was my fault. The person that should have checked my documents is almost totally blind, and could not even check my documents. The my manager has been rude and even included their own payments in my mortgage, without asking me. They just said "our payment will be done through the mortgage". Because they knew I would have not paid them. Their bad work costed me around 10k of additional interests and I almost risked to pay a fine of 30k. Absolutely unprofessional and fraudulent.

Of course, mistakes can be made in a place where people are working. But we definitely always try to find a solution where possible.
