We really liked the advisor attention to detail to every aspect and time spent in getting to know each and every detail which is applicable. Also our's was a little tricky case with an open mortgage of the first house and applying for the mortgage with another bank for the second house.
He also did help in convincing the bank about our eligibility with lot of proof and documents. He saw that our case was successfully executed and he always kept a communication line open.
One thing i would like to highlight was to what extent they can help, we were about to start for our vacation and some documents had to be signed on the day of our travel. In order to avoid any delay they even did a home visit and made sure we are on time with the bank application.
In few words i would say he was the best advisor we have met so far! Bedankt!
