After 8 weeks long procedure with another mortgage advisor, our request was rejected. We were sure that we have lost the house but just in case asked for a second opinion from Cournot, to which Ferdinand responded. Ferdinand managed to arrange extra time with the real estate agent and in about two-weeks time he managed to get a deal with the bank. We had a difficult file with income from abroad and no permanent contracts. Ferdinand and Kelsey stayed in constant communication with us and ensured that we are informed at every step. It was an exhausting and very long process for us but Ferdinand's optimism, determination and commitment to fight until the last moment for our request, was impressive. He went above and beyond and I would highly highly recommend him!
