I was able to reach them easily and the response was very prompt or instant.
I am an expat from an IT company of INDIA with a secondment contract in NL as well as I am not staying here yet for complete 3 financial years. Hence my mortgage advisor wouldn't be able to arrange the mortgage initially. But I talked to multiple other friends over here and they said that they would get the mortgage in the same situation as me or in a bad situation. My mortgage advisor started looking into my mortgage from big banks in NL from the very beginning and I asked him multiple times why he is not checking with small financial institutes in NL. Because I heard from more than 90% of my friends that they got their mortgage from small financial institutes in NL as their policies are not that strict for approving a mortgage. But my mortgage advisor's response was that those big banks are more liberal with expats.
Anyway, finally I got the mortgage from a big bank itself after providing my near future permanent job contract paper with them.
