Marcel went out of his way to make sure that I understood the entire process. This is quite a daunting process for an expat as the language is a barrier and the process is quite different to back home.
Marcel phoned constantly to follow up and ensure I did things on a timely basis in order to avoid charges and delays and met with me to explain the various options around the mortgage itself.
He also helped me understand some of the nuances around the building process (also VERY different to back home) and helped me with getting in touch with the bank. I would honestly recommend Marcel to anyone (and I do) - so very grateful for all his assistance.
