I would like to share my experience with my mortgage advisor, Stefan, and the team at Hypotheek. Stefan is a very efficient and dedicated professional, and the team members who supported the process were also highly competent. They did an excellent job in ensuring the entire process was completed in a timely manner. They were always responsive to our inquiries and provided prompt assistance whenever needed. For this reason, I gave them the highest rating.
However, there was a moment when we raised a question about why the simulation provided by Stefan was around 200 euros different from the online simulations we had done. The only response we received was something along the lines of, "mine is 100% correct." When we eventually received the final offer from the bank, we saw that the simulation provided by the advisor was, in fact, quite off from the actual offer.
Mistakes are not the problem, but there was a lack of humility in re-evaluating the simulation and trying to explain the difference. Despite this, we are still very satisfied with the overall service provided and appreciate the team's hard work and dedication throughout the process. I would recommend the shop.
