The advisor is a friendly and knowledgeable person and this was very clear in our conversation with regards to my mortgage. He was someone i could always reach out to for any questions that i had in the process or the detail documents. He took the time to walk me through all the details. He did a review of all the documents and also advised on the best alternatives for me. He was able to speed up the mortgage so that i could have it completed as per my expectations. It was also very convenient for me that I could see them as a one stop shop and therefore have the Notary, taxation, etc. organized through their partners at reasonable rates.
