Luuk was amazingly helpful and stayed on the phone with me till well past 17:30 on Friday evening, explaining everything. He arranged multiple mortgage offers, explaining the details and differences. He also made arrangements for the house appraisal, notary services and insurance. Luuk was very prompt in email and phone communication, and he always made sure all my questions are answered. We secured the mortgage without any problems and completed the house purchase in time.
